- Intro Workshop: 2-day or 3-day introductory workshop.
- Essentials Training: 8-day intermediate training in 2 phases.
- Foundation Training: 17-day comprehensive training in 4 phases.
- Facilitator Training: 12-day advanced training in 3 phases.
