A Matrix Workshop Just For Men
July 15-17, 2011 in Boulder, ColoradoWe are excited to present another Matrix Experience Just for Men on July 15-17, lead by Jack Spivak, Raven Wells and Dan Baur.
Whether you're a man considering attending or a woman considering which men you'd like to invite - tell people about this! Get the word out. It's going to be a wonderful experience of humor, intimacy, and depth. And probably not for the faint of heart.

Today, we face the personal consequences of increasingly dire and complex world problems. The futility of individual action eats our souls and deflates our will. What can we do? We can wake up from our collective dream of separation and come powerfully alive in relationship. We can recognize that all solutions will require an inspired collective effort. The tasks ahead need groups that are more creative and effective than ever before.
Matrix Leadership Institute has spent more than 15 years living, learning and teaching how to bring people together in profoundly interconnected webs of relationship and leadership. And we have fun doing it. The Matrix model offers a radical approach to awakening new life in our families, groups and organizations.
We do this by investing in connection. Well connected groups have a vitality that increases their capacity for accomplishment, creativity, flexibility, cooperation, and change. Those who participate will typically feel a web of interconnection and the very real experience of Matrix Magic: "the whole that is greater than the sum of its parts".
The weekend will include experiential exercises, educational talks, meditations, music, small group sessions, movement, and celebration. There will be healthy challenges. But it's not about some predefined definition of "being male". It will be about spirit. It will be about how this group of men can inspire one another with their gifts, their choices and their openness to be more. Together we will find, expand, deepen and live our authentic connections to each other and to the Sacred.
We're inviting men wanting to:
- Stand up responsibly and act powerfully for a just, equitable and sustainable world
- Live, love and act with greater potency
- Be held accountable for their commitments
- Awaken and share their passion
- Learn new ways to grow their relationships, communities, and the world.
Men who are comfortable with words like love, mystery, divinity, and bullshit. If you have better plans for the weekend of July 15th, great. If not, hold the date and come explore forming a Matrix of connection and relationship as a pathway into sacred awareness and potent collective action.
