Dreaming Our Selves Awake:
Remembering our Interconnectedness

Matrix Leadership Training, Facilitation, Consulting, and Coaching Programs are designed for:

  • Leaders becoming Social Artists: changing the world one relationship, one group, one organization, and one community at a time.

  • Family and community members, managers, executives, facilitators, trainers, consultants, teachers and group leaders who live and work in personal, professional, educational, or organizational settings.

  • Any individual seeking transformational personal and leadership development in a skillfully guided relational group context.

The Matrix Model teaches the art and science of developing sustainable relationships, groups, organizations and communities. This model enhances any system's capacity to harvest its collective intelligence and realize its potential. The foundation begins with developing a Matrix or web of open, person-to-person communication and connection. Groups then function as a network of partnerships that have the capacity to:

  • Awaken from the trance of separateness-the patterns and beliefs that limit our capacity to live and evolve through our connections with each other.

  • Create embodied, vibrant, heart-centered human systems capable of expressing emerging holistic consciousness.

  • Establish inclusive, conscious leadership. Transform group field dynamics and outdated systems of power and authority.

  • Cultivate relationships with deep mutuality, authentic communication skills, emotional intelligence and compassion.

  • Value the richness of cultural diversity: bridge differences in core values, lifestyle, race, faith traditions, and economic realities. Remember the Sacred in each other!

"As human beings we long to live in the fullness of life on earth. We long to live and work in groups that bring forth our collective talents and satisfy our destinies. The richest groups are those that harvest each person's diverse style, culture and gifts. Most of us live in walls of self-protection. We long to open our hearts and minds. We flourish when we appreciate and value others. We excel when we feel clearly seen and understood. We thrive when we begin to embody aliveness and compassion. When we remember the sacred in each other, we travel the complex terrain of human relationships with grace and faith. Then, we are on the way home."

"I have an Ivy League degree in psychology, a Harvard MBA, training as a psychotherapist, and extensive training with Young Presidents' Organization Forum groups, yet the 21 days I spent in the training provided me with valuable and sustaining perceptions and skills that none of these had provided."
