This 3 phase, 12 day training is intended to teach graduates of the Matrix Foundation Training to facilitate in the Matrix Model. This training is intended both as a refresher course to learn to facilitate the emerging Matrix Model, and as an experiential, skill-building practicum in group facilitation. It also provides a strong, transformative container for continued personal and professional integration.
Individuals who have completed the full Matrix Foundation Training and who want to further deepen their practice of the Matrix Model. The training is required for anyone who wants to co-facilitate future Matrix groups, workshops or trainings either for Matrix Leadership or in their own contexts. It is also appropriate for participants who wish develop further skills in applying Matrix principles and practices to their own life contexts.
Each phase is primarily a practicum in facilitation skills and understanding the Matrix model of group leadership. The theoretical foundation includes tracking the influence of group field dynamics and shifting paradigms from separation to interconnectedness. The process through 3 phases supports an extraordinary integration of personal and professional roles.
Debriefing the process of this training group through the Matrix lens and experiencing the interventions of the Matrix training staff as well as participants.
